This is an exciting time for the IAI as we develop our strategy which will shape the future of our organisation over the coming years. As you know, we have engaged the services of Mantra Strategy (www.mantrastrategy.ie), a team of experienced consultants in the areas of strategy development for membership organisations.
As part of the process, they have developed a short survey (link below) to seek your input into the challenges and opportunities we face, and we do hope you can give this process your time and insight.
