Further to advice received during recent governance training, the board of the IAI would like to notify our members of our intention to update our Articles of Association to a more modern, concise and flexible Constitution. We intend commencing a pre-draft consultation phase in the coming months and would appreciate any constructive engagement from the membership.An Extraordinary General Meeting is being called to facilitate the pre-draft consultation process on Saturday 11th November 2023 at 11am in the Helen Roe Theatre, RSAI 63 Merrion Square. We encourage members to join us at the EGM to ensure we have a voting quorum. A light lunch reception will follow afterwards.
