2013 sees a new departure in IAI CPD with the inclusion of two Emerging Ideas -seminar based events on Early & Post Medieval Ireland. These are an opportunity for information exchange and for members to update their knowledge on current thinking and emerging ideas based on research and synthesis-all in one day. Many thanks to all who have agreed to share their expertise and research. The first is Emerging Ideas: Post-Medieval Ireland which will take place on Friday 19th April with sessions on Survey, Excavation, Architecture, Underwater Archaeology, Material Culture, Post-medieval Sources and the Archaeology of Commemoration.
